The Associació  of Gastronomia i Turisme of the Baix Llobrega (AGT) goes back to organise the Març Gastronòmic, the gastronomic days of the Pota Blava and the Carxof Prat. 
In the edition 2015, can choose among menus that go of 25 to €30, a price that includes a bottle Inedit of 0,75 l. By each 2 commensals.


Menu: 16. Rústic & Co


•  Carxofa Prat in tempura with Cake of the Marry and hazelnuts.

•  Pota blava In confit with chipirones, tender garlics and romesco.

•  Eggs of killed on nest of honey and walnuts.

Schedules of the menu:

Of Monday to Sunday of 13 to 16 h.

Friday and Saturday of 21 to 23.30 h.

Leading dish:

Pota blava In confit with chipirones, tender garlics and romesco.

Ingredients:

Tender garlics, romanesco, American sauce, courgette, cebollino, Pota blava, white wine, chipirones , sauce romesco.

Preparation:

Confitamos The chicken during 1 ½ h in oil with a bouquet garni, leave to cool and pit.
Pochamos The tender garlic with the romanesco, add the white wine and leave to reduce to the half, incorporate the chicken and the American sauce.
In a cylinder plant a fund of cooked potato and on the chicken.
Salteamos The chipirones with garlic, fine wine and cebollino, and plant them around the dish.
We cut the courgette in throw, the escaldamos and do a cylinder.
