It inaugurated in July of 2003. From the first moment Virgil had very clear that wanted a restaurant with a very personal seal, with an own identity and some dishes that allowed him invent, innovar, create, but overcoat, transmit.


The cookery of the Rústic is cookery of the Rústic, without encasillamientos, but always splitting of the same premises: quality in the product, preparation and creativity, adding him the passion by the work, that do that eat turn an unforgettable experience.
 
From here only with the mouth to mouth, Rústic has turn a restaurant of reference in the zone, where can taste a big variety of dishes.
 
Precisely an important characteristic of Rústic is the constant change of his card, so that they can incorporate new creations. These win of innovar and of not leaving to learn is what does that every year Virgil take part in the staff of cookery of Ramon Freixa, owner of the restaurant The Racó d'in Freixa, that has a star Michelín and a punctuation of 9,25 in the prestigious Guia Gourmetour.
